Admission Tuitionion through 

All non-Iranian applicants can apply for admission to universities having international students permits through this website or by referring to the websites of universities or through students’ attracting institutions.

Admission through Scholarship (Financial Aid)
If an applicant has reasonable academic qualifications, he/she can apply for a scholarship of the MSRT at the same time as applying for admission. Upon meeting the conditions, he/she will be granted a scholarship (including free education and cost-of-living allowance).
Applicants can apply for two types of scholarships: scholarships grante by the universities and scholarships grante by the MSRT.
To receive a university scholarship, you must submit your request in the university application form. You can apply for the scholarship of MSRT through this link. Please note that if you are granted a scholarship by the MSRT, your destination university will be chosen by the MSRT.

Admission through the Nation-wide Entrance Exam
Non-Iranian students who have Iranian citizenship can apply for admission to Iranian universities by participating in the nation-wide entrance exam. These students are charged lower tution fees than other tuition-paying students.

How to Get a Visa
The visa process starts automatically after receiving admission from the university. Nevertheless, you can apply for a visa for yourself and your family in the visa application and admission Website, available at: https://evisa.mfa.ir/en/ 

Family Reunification Visa
At the same time as applying for a student visa (after receiving admission), you can also apply for a visa for your spouse and children.
